Hello everyone .... this is Meenakshi.
Here in this part we will discuss some current affairs.


The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced that it will set up a Public Credit Registry (PCR) as a repository of information regarding loan of individuals and corporate borrowers. This decision has been taken as per recommendations of Y.M. Deosthalee committee set up by the central bank.

RBI has allow voluntary transition of URBAN COOPERATIVE BANKS meeting certain prescribed criteria into Small Finance Banks.
Committee Chaired by : R. Gandhi.

The Government has made PAN mandatory for sending money abroad under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme(LRS). Earlier not insisted upon current account transactions upto 25000dollar.

In Switzerland, a new format for commercial banking is being proposed in a referendum to be held June 10, a format not based on fractional-reserve banking.The banking system is changing. Perhaps the greatest movement right now is the increased used of Information Technology.
