1. Consideration- Careful Thought

2. Plea - Appeal, a request made in an urgent manner
  eg- Plea to quash action against Gujarat cops

3. Quash - Cancel, reject as invalid, revoke

4. Prosecution - Conducting of legal proceedings against someone in             respect of a criminal charge
eg- quashing of criminal prosecution

5. Insurgency - the quality or circumstances of being relellious

6. To the tune of - Amounting to or involving (a specified considerable sum) eg- He was in debt to the tune of forty thousand pounds.
Resort was sealed for non-payment of taxes to the tune of rs 4.50 crore

7. Swoop - (verb) to move in a sudden sweep, to make a rush or an attack with a sudden movement
eg - The bird swooped down on its prey. 

8. Pastor - (noun) a minister in charge of a Christian Church
Sy- Preacher, priest, Parson,Cleric, Clergyman
eg- Kerala pastor gets 40 year jail term for raping minor

9. Discourse - Discussion, Conversation, debate, talk
eg- The issue of illegal migrants has dominated the political discourse during every assembly election.

10. Divisive - (adj) tending to cause disagreement or hostility between people
eg- the highly divisive issue of abortion
Us heads into one of its most divisive presidential elections ever.
